A lawyer turned food writer, recipe developer and culinary instructor, Emily brings passion, a sharp intellect and attention to detail her global Jewish cuisine.  She is the author of four cookbooks: the upcoming Instantly Mediterranean (Tiller Press 2021); the best-selling Epic Air Fryer (Harvard Common Press 2019); 2017’s The Joys of Jewish Preserving (Harvard Common Press) and Food Swap: Specialty Recipes for Bartering, Sharing & Giving (Storey 2016).
